It seems like they took a bit too long to get started, using their own tools instead of mine. The equipment provided was subpar, with batteries that didn't seem to hold a charge. Filling up to half capacity and putting in some new ones wasn't enough to get the computer working. To make matters worse, the display just stuck at 0, and no matter how hard I tried, it wouldn't change. When I reached out for support, they told me to contact them directly, which I did, but like with the previous response, there was no assistance received. Now I'm in a bit of a bind - I need to empty the tank and dismantle it, but the company won't be able to take possession until next week, leaving me waiting for hours to get my boat back.
